Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 82). Summer is in full swing and I am adding some seasonal recipes to the meal plan this week.

Pictured below is The Skinnytaste Meal Planner where I plan my dinners for the week (you can of course use any meal planner). Meal planning is a great way to get organized before heading to the supermarket to get ready for the week! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or avocado toast. Monday: Baked Ratatouille with Havarti Cheese
Tuesday: Cheesy Zucchini Enchiladas with cauliflower rice
Wednesday: Grilled Romaine, Corn and Chicken Salad with Salsa Dressing
Thursday: Lobster Cobb Salad
Friday: Grilled Salmon Kebabs with My House Salad, Made with Love (Skinnytaste Cookbook)
Saturday: Dinner Out
Sunday: Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore with whole wheat spaghetti
