Happy New Year! I’m just returning from a long fun weekend away in Pennsylvania with my family but I’m excited to get back home to my routine, meal planning and cooking at home.
This is week 11 of sharing my weekly dinner plans since launching The Skinnytaste Meal Planner. If you’re new here you can see the older plans below. Meal planning is so helpful to plan my dinners for the week. I do this on the weekend, then make a shopping list before I head out to the supermarket.
It also organizes my week and helps me spend less time (and money) in the supermarket.
My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or avocado toast. We‘re a family of four, so if a recipe serves more, it’s either packed up for everyone’s lunch or eaten the next day as leftovers.
